摘要
为了研究新型直线驱动装置的制动问题,介绍了永磁涡流制动的基本原理,阐述了有限元法相对于解析法的优越之处。用有限元法建立2D模型,得到制动与速度之间的关系曲线,并设计完成一套试验系统。实验结果和理论分析表明永磁涡流制动是一种高效可靠的制动方法。通过与解析法和实验结果的比较,证明用有限元法分析永磁涡流制动的可行性和准确性。
In order to study the braking for a new linear drive,this paper explains the advantages of finite element method (FEM)over analytical method after introducing the principle of permanent magnet eddy-current brake, Then it analyzes the permanent magnet eddy-current brake, and designs the experimental system using FEM. Compared with the analytical and experimental results,it is confirmed that the permanent magnet eddy-current brake is an effective braking method and FEM is suitable for analyzing it.
