摘要
研究了丁香酚的紫外吸收光谱,其最大吸收峰在280nm,摩尔吸光系数ε=3100L·mol-1·cm-1,丁香酚在0~80μg/10mL范围内符合比尔定律,采用紫外分光光度法测定丁香酚的回收率为106.9%,RSD为3.07%,该方法的灵敏度和选择性较高,用于测定丁香油和风油精中丁香酚的含量,结果满意。
Study on eugenol with UV speetrophotometry. The absorption maximum of eugenol lies at 280 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 3100L·mol^-1·cm^-1. Beer's law is obeyed in 0 - 80μg/10 mL of Eugenol. The recovery is 106.9 %, RSD is 3.07 %. This method has high selectivity and sensitivity, it has been applied to the determination of clove oil and essential balm with satisfactory results.
