摘要
从土壤中筛选出对根癌农杆菌Agrobacterium tum efaciensT-37有拮抗作用的真菌菌株,采用琼脂柱法筛选真菌菌株,滤纸片法测定抑菌活性,结果表明,从土壤中分离纯化出来的52株真菌中首次筛选到1株对根癌农杆菌T-37有抑制作用的拮抗真菌X j-Ⅴ-2,当X j-Ⅴ-2菌株26℃,140 r.m in-1,摇瓶发酵到第9天的发酵液其抑菌效果最为明显,抑菌圈直径为5.2 cm,同时,生物量也达到最大,为0.460g.40mL-1。X j-Ⅴ-2菌株所产生的抑菌成分主要向胞外分泌,且抑菌效果与生物量呈正相关关系。
This paper was aimed at screening antagonistic fungi against Agrobacterium tumefaciens from soil. The antagonistic fungi strain was screened by agar column method and the antibacterial activity was determined by filter paper method. This study screened a fungal strain Xj - V - 2 based on 52 fungi strains from soil, which could inhibit the growth of Agrobacterium tumefaciens T - 37. The fermented liquid had the most antibacterial activity ( the inhibiting zone diameter was 5.2cm), and the strain produced the most biomass (0.460g·40mL^-1) when the strain Xj - V -2 was fermented for 9 days at 140r·min^-1 and 26℃. The antibacterial component of strain Xj - V -2 was secreted to the medium and the antibacterial activity was correlative to the biomass.
