摘要 目的:探讨了脑梗死患者血清NSE和GM-CSF水平。方法:应用放射免疫分析对40例脑梗死患者进行了血清NSE和GM-CSF含量测定,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:脑梗死患者血清NSE和GM-CSF水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),经治疗3月后与正常人比较仍有差异(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死的发生、发展与NSE和GM-CSF水平密切相关。 Objective To investigate the serum NSE and GM - CSF levels in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Serum NSE and GM - CSF contents were determined with RIA in 40 patients with cerebral infarction both before and after treatment as well as in 35 controls. Results Before treatment, the serum NSE and GM - CSF levels were significantly higher than those in the controls (P 〈 0.01 ), After 3 months' treatment, the levels remained significantly higher (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Serum NSE and GM - CSF levels might be of prognostic value in patients with cerebral infarction.
