摘要
近终形连续铸轧技术是以转动的铸轧辊为结晶器,直接生产薄带的新技术。而铸轧辊速度的稳定和精度成为铸件性能好坏的关键。提出了模糊变参数PID控制技术,它是由一个传统的PID控制外环和一个参数调节内环组成的一种双环分级式结构,能依据系统工况变化实时调节PID参数,克服系统非线性影响,使系统在每一工况点均处于相对最优。仿真结果表明它与传统的PID系统相比具有更好的动态品质和系统的稳定性。
Near net thin strip continuous cast rolling is a kind of new technique that use two rotating rolls as the crystallizer and cast the liquid metal between the two rolls to produce strip directly. Fuzzy variable parameter PID controller is a dual ring with layered structure,which consists of an out-side ring of traditional PID control and an inside ring of parameter governing.It can adjust PID pa- rameter to make it updated accordingto working systems and overcome the effects resulting from the no linearity of systems.It can make the conditions relatively best.It is indicated by simulation results that variable parameter PID has better dynamic behaviors and stability of system than traditional PID.
