摘要
针对流程型生产要求和设备故障特点,基于以可靠性为中心的现代维修管理思想,提出流程型生产设备故障评价方法和维修工作类型的流线式逻辑决断过程,并在生产实践中获得成功应用。
With respect to the requirements of flow production and the features of faults occurred in equipment, based on Reliability-Centered Maintenance （RCM） management ideology, the methods for assessing faults occurred in the equipment in flow production and the logic decision procedure of maintenance were proposed in this article, which have been applied success fully in engineering.
