摘要
为了明确新型阻垢剂聚天冬氨酸(PASP)对CaCO3的阻垢性能,本文采用静态阻垢方法,进行了不同条件下的实验研究.结果表明,水温不超过60℃情况下,对于硬度较高的水质,PASP仍表现出良好的阻垢性能, 阻垢率均达到90%以上.此外,结合电镜扫描方法,对PASP的阻垢机理进行了简要分析.
In order to understand inhibition behavior of polyaspartic acid on calcium carbonate, experimental study has been carried out with a static method under different conditions. As a result, the polyaspartic acid shows the best calcium carbonate inhibition capability for high calcium concentration at the temperature under 60 degree. The scale inhibition rate can be more than 90 96. Besides, it has analyzed the mechanism of polyaspartic acid's scale inhibition with the SEM technology.
