摘要
本文以52只家兔为实验对象,按不同的接振剂量分为五个组(其中包括一对照组),采用后肢接振法来模拟人体局部振动作业状态,振动实验60天,使用丹麦产Neuromatic2000C型神经-肌动描记仪,在实验前、实验后15天、30天和60天分别测定家兔左侧坐骨神经SCV和MCV。实验结果发现,接振组SCV和MCV均较对照组明显减慢,尤其是SCV改变更为明显,与人体局部振动作业所致外周神经损伤检查结果有一致性;并发现MCV变化与接振强度的大小有一定的相关性,本文结果提示,神经传导速度的检查方法对振动性周围神经病变的早期发现是一种灵敏、可靠的指标。
According to various vibration level, 52 rabbits were randomly separated into 5 groups( including one control group which did not exposed to vibration, but it was similar to the exposure vibration groups in other experimental conditions). The rabbits' hind legs were exposed to local vibration for 60 days. We used this method to simulate the local-vibration posture in the vibration-exposed workers. SCV and MCV of the rabbits exposed to local vibration were measured with DANTEC 2000C Neuromatic in the following 0,15,30 and 60 days. The findings of this study showed that SCV and MCV of the rabbits exposed to local vibration were markly slower than those of the control group,and especially changes of SCV.The findings are identical with in vestigates of the vibration-exposed worker. There is a ralationship of changes between MCV and vibrational strength. The result suggest that NCV is exactly and reliably index in the studing of vibration-inducde peripheral nerve damage.
