康复训练的早期介入可促进脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能的恢复,降低致残率。对脑卒中所致偏瘫早期康复的机制、意义,训练介入的时间以及护理具体内容等方面进行综述。
Hemiplegia is the most common complication of stroke. Early rehabilitation intervention can promote the recovery ofextremity motor function and decrease the rate of disability in hemiplegic patients. This article summarizes the mechanism and the significance of early rehabilitation intervention after stroke. The article also describes the timing and the concrete contents of early rehabilitation nursing in hemiplegic patients.
