摘要
当前的公差设计研究大多集中于详细设计阶段,对设计前期的公差研究较少。在设计前期的公差设计将减少设计修改并缩短设计周期。在生长型概念结构设计的基础上,将公差问题提前到概念设计阶段。首先介绍生长型设计的基本概念和模型,而后研究结构与公差并行设计的过程模型。分析在设计过程中自动生成局部尺寸链和全局尺寸链的方法,建立公差设计和反馈的整体框架。应用此方法实现了液压缸夹具的尺寸公差设计。
Most researches of tolerance design focus on the detailed design. Tolerance design during early stages of design will lessen design modifications and shorten its period. A new method is presented to study the tolerance in the conceptual design based on the growth design. First, the basic concepts and the principles of the growth design are explained. Then the process model of tolerance synchronous synthesis is built. The local dimension chain and overall dimension chain are set up automatically. The whole frame of tolerance design and relevant feeding back is established. The tolerance design of piston clamp is carried out by the application of this methodology.
