摘要 介绍了我国牧草资源情况以及2种主要分子标记RAPD和RFLP在苜蓿遗传图谱的构建和基因定位、品种的分类和鉴定、遗传育种中的作用等3个方面的应用现状,同时指出了存在的问题. The status of forage in China were introduced Two main molecular marking systems for RAPD and RFLP in Medicago in three aspects such as the establishment of genetic map and the orientation of genes, the classification and appraisal of variety, and the effect on genetic breeding were also introduced. At the same time, the existing problems were put forward.
