摘要
概要介绍了国内对单缸柴油机首次进行偏心曲柄连杆机构和配气相位更改的研制,以及高次方函数凸轮型线油泵的运用。目前,在国内农机市场广泛运用的ZH1105W型柴油机的基础上进行研制开发,在大部分零部件通用、整机成本不增加的情况下,取得了较好的动力性和经济性。
The offset crank link mechanism and gas distribution phase, improved at the first time in china, are summarily introduced. The utilization of high degree function of cam-type line oil pump is also introduced. At present, based on the ZH 1105W diesel engine widely used in internal agricultural machine market, the improved diesel engine has been developed, which acquires preferable dynamic and economic property under the circumstances of using most pants in original engine and unincreasing the cost of whole engine.
