摘要
远程教育经历了函授教育、电视教育和网络教育三个历史阶段,目前呈三代同堂局面。在教育信息化突飞猛进的21世纪,成人高等函授教育的教育理念、教学方式、教学手段相对滞后,已越来越不能适应终身教育和成人学习者的要求,需要与网络教育进行“整合,”笔者认为这是高校成人教育改革的一个大趋势,就此提出了“整合”的模型、思路和存在问题及应对策略。
Distance education has undergone three historical stages of correspondence education, TV education and e-learning. In the prevailing adult higher education systems of our country, there is a layout of 'three generations living under the same roof'. Correspondence education is now still a comparatively independent mode for running school in HEIs. Therefore, how higher correspondence education can integrate with web-based distance education and then develop into a new-typed higher education mode with the principal web-based teaching mode and multiple ways of higher adult education to promote higher mass education and informatics is a new topic, which the higher education teaching reform is facing. The authors in this article made approaches and research in combination of his own experiences of practice and project management in correspondence and distance education. On the basis of analysis of different practical modes for distance education, the authors offered his idea of integration between correspondence education and modern distance education. That is: the key universities, which own the sponsorship of running distance education, can combine the adult education colleges with e-colleges. Meanwhile, those conventional universities without the sponsorship of running distance education, can upgrade their correspondence education with e-learning. The authors further pointed out that if we expect the correspondence students that passed the entrance examination to fulfill their study via e-learning and face-to-face learning, the institutions must establish such systematic operation models as technology support model, theoretical teaching model, and practical teaching model, etc. At the end of this article the authors made analysis of the issues and difficulties in 4 respects when integrating e-learning and correspondence education and then offered some relevant good solutions and thread of thoughts.
