摘要
基于面向对象的机械传动试验台控制系统,以交流变频调速实现无级调速,并采用数字液压加载控制液压加载器实现无级加载和载荷谱的模拟。试验台以586个人计算机为核心,通过可编程控制器、单片机分别控制交流变频调速和液压加载系统。系统将试验台设备的各属性和方法封装于设备对象中。采用分层程序设计,提供友好的用户接口,由此提高试验台的自动化程度。
The mechanical transmission experiment platform control system based on objected-oriented technology, uses AC motor variable frequency speed regulating to realize stepless speed regulating, and digital hydraulic loading is used to realize stepless load and simulation of the load spectrum. The 586 PC is used as the center of experiment platform, which controlled AC motor variable frequency speed system and hydraulic loading system each through PLC and MCU. All property and methods of the device are encapsulated in the device object. The degree of automation is improved because of layered programmer and friendly user interface.
