摘要
介绍了模数转换器AD7864芯片特性、时序和数据转换工作过程原理。模数转换器AD7864的1个转换周期只需要1.65μs,所以非常适合应用在光电轴角编码器中,采用20 MHz晶振频率的16位80C196KC微处理器来提高编码器运行速度,同时介绍其与80C196KC单片机硬件接口电路和在编码器中的莫尔条纹细分的软件设计流程,最后阐述其在光电轴角编码器的应用结论和转换开始后输入信号和跟踪/保持信号的时序图的应用结论。
Introduced the chip feature, timings, data-convert process and principle of AD7864. The AD7864 chip is a complete analog signal processor for the interpolation in the photoelectrical rotary encoder and it only need 1.65μs in a completed A/D convert. Meanwhile, adopted 16-bit microprocessor 80C196KC with 20 MHz crystal frequency to improve encoder speed. Then introduced the AD7864 interface circuits with 80C196KC and the software design flowing at the fractionized applications of Moire fringe signal. Finally, discussed the application conclusions for the interpolation in the photoelectrical rotary encoder and the timimg diagram of the input signal and track/hold after convert start after the AID converter.
