摘要
研究了铝硅合金激光表面合金化的基础工艺和活塞处理的工艺及装备。采用Ni、Cr元素进行铝合金的激光表面合金化,可获得深3.5~4mm,宽7~9mm的合金层。在添加剂的作用下,能得到致密、平整的表面。合金化层中包含有Al_3Ni、AlNi_3、Al_8Cr_5。等金属间化合物的强化相,合金层的硬度为140~190HV。其耐磨性比原材料提高2.48~3.71倍。以该工艺生产的活塞的行车试验表明,与原工艺相比,使用寿命提高2倍以上。
This paper deals with the basic laser surface alloying technology ,the piston laser treatment technology and equipments. The laser surface alloying on Al-piston with Ni,Cr elements can get(3.5~4)×(7~9)mm alloy layer. Under the effect of additive, the compact and level surface can be obtained.. There are intermetallie compound strengthening phases Al_3Ni,AlNi_3,Al_8Cr_5 etc. in the alloy layer. The hardness is 140~190HV, and its wear resistance is 2.48~3.71 times higher than that of the original material. The pistons produced by this technology are tested in truck. The service life is two tims longer than that of the original pistons.
