摘要
作者使用协整检验和因果关系检验的方法研究了中国房地产市场价格、投资与货币供应量的关系,以期研究我国货币市场和房地产市场的相互关系。实证分析结果表明,货币供给量能够影响房地产价格和投资,因此可以制定适宜的货币政策对房地产市场进行宏观调控,同时房地产业对货币政策运行的影响也越来越大,也是制定货币政策值得关注的目标。
Based on the co integration and Granger causality test, the author makes an empirical analysis to explore the relationship and causation among price and of real estate market, quantity of money. Through the analysis, the quantity of money is highly sensitive to price and invest of real estate market. Therefore,suitable monetary policy can be integrated into macro-regulation to real estate market. At the same time, real estate market has more and more effects to monetary policy operation and may taken it into account.
