摘要
铝电解节电是当今世界研究方向之一,测温及控制是节电的关键。本文对动态法铝电解槽温度测量用热电偶结构进行了分析和实验,确认必须设计一种新结构热电偶用于动态法测温,才能满足铝电解槽测温时对误差较少的要求。理论和实验都证实:套管内具有一定厚度的隔热层可以减少动态法热电偶测温误差,文中给出了高重显性动态热电偶结构示意图。
Economizing on electricity in aluminium electrolysis is one of main research directions in the world.One of key problems of economizing electricity is to measure and control the temperature of aluminium electrolyzer.The construction of thermocouple that measures the temperature in aluminium cells by dynamic method is studied.In order to meet the requirement of temperature measurement with fewer errors a new thermocouple must be designed.The theory and experiment verified that insulation materials in a protective pipe can reduce the error of the temperature measurement by dynamic method.
