摘要
建立了硒(Ⅳ或Ⅵ)-碘化钾-结晶紫-TritonX-100分光光度法测定水中Se(和Se(的方法。在酸性条件下,硒(-碘化钾-结晶紫在λmax=550 nm处有吸收峰;硒(-KI-结晶紫在λmax=620 nm处有吸收峰,可分别用于硒(和硒(的测定;引入转换曲线实现了硒的形态分析。结果表明,硒(和硒(的平均回收率分别为99.8%和101%。将所建立的方法用于管网水和土壤浸提液中无机硒的形态分析,结果与氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法测定结果无显著差异。
A new sensitive color system of selenium( Ⅳ or Ⅵ )-potassium iodide-crystal violet-TritonX-100 was established for the determination of Se(Ⅳ) and Se(Ⅵ) by converse curve spectrophotometry. The maximum absorption of the system was located at 550 nm and 620 nm for Se(Ⅳ) and Se(Ⅵ) in the acidic medium, respectively. The result shows the average recovery of 99.8 % for Se(Ⅳ) and 101% for Se(Ⅵ). The established method was applied to the determination of Se(Ⅳ) and Se(Ⅵ) in tap water and extract liquor of soil. There are not significantly different between the determination results of this method and that of the hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry.
