摘要
本文综述了前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)及其受体系统在原发性痛经发病机制中地位和作用;原发性痛经与PGF2α增高有关,而PGF2α通过受体发挥作用,目前其受体可分为FPA和FPB二型,主要分布于黄体,PGF2α可能通过作用于螺旋小动脉壁上的PGF2α受体,引起子宫平滑肌痉挛性收缩,或通过黄体影响月经周期,而产生症状。但具体发病机制尚未明了。
The paper tells that prostaglandin F2α (PGF2α)and its receptors system play a role in the pathogenesis of primary dysmenorrhea. The primary dysmenorrhea is related to high PGF2α level, PGF2α via receptor exert the function. There are 2 type PGF2otreceptors: FPA and FPB. The organ most abundantly expressing is the corpus luteum. PGF2α arouses spastic uterine hypercontractility via the receptor in spire small artery, or affect menstrual period via luteum, but the pathogenesis is unknown.
