摘要
目的:探讨硒对氟导致的L-02细胞DNA损伤的影响。方法:采用80μg/m l氟化钠、1.73μg/m l亚硒酸钠以及80μg/m l氟化钠和1.73μg/m l亚硒酸钠对培养的L-02细胞进行染毒,24小时后用单细胞凝胶电泳技术(SCGE)检测各组L-02细胞DNA损伤情况。结果:氟组L-02细胞DNA损伤率明显高于对照组、硒组和氟硒组(P<0.01);而对照组L-02细胞DNA损伤率与硒组和氟硒组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:氟可导致L-02细胞DNA损伤,适量硒可拮抗氟导致的L-02细胞DNA损伤作用。
Objective: To explore the effects of selenium on DNA damage of L -02 cell induced by fluoride. Methods: The DNA damage was measured after L- 02 cell were incubated with 80μg/ml sodium fluoride, 1.73 μg/ml selenium, 80μg/ml sodium fluoride and 1.73 μg/ml selenium using Single Cell Electrophosis(SCGE) respectively. Results: The rat of DNA damage of L - 02 cell in the fluoride group was significantly higher than the control group, the selenium group and the fluoride and selenium group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Moreover, the rate of DNA damage in the fluoride group was no difference with the control group and the fluoride and selenium group (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusions: Fluoride exposure can cause DNA can reduce the DNA damage induced by fluoride.
