摘要 目的探讨井下低频振动提高原油采收率技术机理。方法应用质量守恒定律、能量守恒定律、达西定律、流体动力学等基本原理研究了低频振动波作用下油层流体的数学模型,将室内实验和数值模拟技术相结合定量地研究了低频振动对原油黏度、界面张力、毛管压力、产水率及产水率上升速度的影响。结果低频振动采油技术能够提高原油产量10%-25%,大幅度降低原油黏度。降低界面张力1-2mN/m;振动可以降低油井产水率10%左右,且明显降低产水率上升速度。结论低频振动提高采收率技术机理在于低频波对油层流体物理性质的改善和储层储渗性能的提高。在油田增产技术中具有较明显的应用效果和可行性。 Aim To explore the principle of downhole low frequency vibration for EOR. Methods By using the theories of conservation of mass, of energy, Darcy's law and hydrokinetics, the mechanical model of oil layer fluid under the function of low frequency vibrated wave was studied. With the combination of indoor experiment and the numerical simulation, the effect of downhole low frequency vibration on oil viscosity, interfacial tension, capillary pressure, producing water cut and the rising velocity of it was studied quantitatively. Results The downhole low frequency vibration technology can enhance oil well production up to 10% - 25%, thin out the crude obviously, lower the interfacial intention within 1 - 2mN/m, lower water cut about 10% and the rising velocity of it. Conclusion The EOR technology contributes to the fluid physical property and the reservoir characteristics. The applied effect and feasibility of the EOR technology in the oil fields are positive.
