摘要
对航标的工作状态、空间定位进行远距离全天候监测与遥控,是提高航务管理水平、高效率保障航道安全的重要技术手段。电子地图在该监控系统中可提供航标等助航设施的定位背景和空间相关信息的查询、分析与远程信息的表达。本文基于一个实际系统的研制,详细讨论了服务于航标监测的电子地图的关键技术,包括国际电子海图S57、S52标准在内河河道图表达中的扩展与应用、空间数据组织、航标工作状态空间位置变化,在电子图中的实时表达以及监控信息的后处理分析等。
Remotely controlling the buoy's work state and spatial location by a monitoring information system is an efficient strategy to improve the management level and to guarantee the waterway safety in the field of inland waterway management. In this kind of monitoring system the electronic map plays the role of location background and spatial operation tools of analysis, query and remotely representation of spatial data. Based on the experiences of a real system development, this paper investigates some key technologies including the extension and application of S57/S52 standard data from maritime field to inland waterway, the organization of spatial data, the real-time representation of buoy change in the electronic map and pest-analysis.
