摘要
考虑提前期内需求服从混合正态分布且提前期为可变情形下,建立由购买商和供应商所组成的简单供应链的集成优化模型,并设计相应的算法对模型进行求解.结合具体算例对模型进行应用分析,结果表明,模型具有可操作性和实用性.运用算例进行灵敏度分析,结果表明:运输车辆数量、购买商订单成本和购买商单位库存成本对最优提前期的影响不明显;随着运输车辆数量的增加,运输车辆最优载荷量的变化规律不是很明显,但供应链成本却呈现上升趋势;随着购买商订单成本的增加,运输车辆最优载荷量和供应链总成本呈现上升趋势;随着购买商单位时间内单位库存成本的增加,运输车辆最优载荷量呈现下降趋势,供应链总成本呈现上升趋势.
Considering demand during lead time with mixtures of normal distribution and variable lead time, the integrated optimization model for a supply chain consisted with a buyer and a supplier is developed, and the corresponding algorithm is developed to find the solution to the model. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the model and perform the sensitivity analysis. It is shown from the analysis that the buyer' s optimal order quantity is not sensitive to the number of shipments and the supply chain cost is increasing in the number of shipments; the buyer' s optimal order quantity and supply chain cost are increasing in the buyer' s order cost; the buyer' s optimal order quantity is decreasing" in the buyer' s unit holding cost and supply chain cost is increasing in the buyer' s unit holding cost.
