摘要
以细菌纤维素产量为指标,通过正交试验优化发酵培养基的组成,并研究了其产细菌纤维素的适宜发酵方式。试验结果表明,巴氏醋杆菌的优化培养基组成为:葡萄糖15g/L、蛋白胨10g/L、酵母膏5g/L、玉米浆40mL/L、磷酸三钠3g/L、柠檬酸钠1g/L、硫酸镁2g/L、氯化钙0.2g/L、硫酸亚铁0.03g/L、乙醇10mL/L。适宜的发酵方式为:先以100r/min振荡培养10h,后静止培养10d。经验证试验,细菌纤维素产量可达3.69g/L。
According to the yield of bacterial cellulose, the optimal fermentation culture and conditions were studied. The results showed that the optimal fermentation culture was 15g/L glucose, 10 g/L polypeptone, 5g/L yeast extract, 40mL/L com steep liquor, 3g/L Na3PO4, 3g/L natrium of citrate, 2g/L MgSO4, 0.2 g/L CaCl2, 0.03 g/L FeSO4. 10mL/L ethanol .The optimal fermentation conditions was sharked culture 10h in 100r/min and then 10d in static culture, the yield of cellulose was 3.69g/L.
