摘要
从质量管理持续改进原则出发,用故障树分析技术分析影响教学过程质量的因素,并从过程改进的策划、监控与评价等方面,对教学质量的持续改进进行了理论分析和探讨.
According to the continual improvement principle of quality management system, the factors which effect teaching process quality are analysed with the fault tree analysis technology. Continual improvement of the teaching quality is theoretically investigated from process planning, process controlling and evaluating.
