摘要
目的探讨临床应用高频电波刀治疗宫颈疾病的临床意义。方法对临床中通过妇检、细胞学检查、活检诊断为宫颈疾病的病人46例开展高频电波刀切除宫颈病灶或锥切宫颈病灶,术后创面涂聚维酮碘软膏,切下组织送病理检查,观察手术时间、出血情况及术后病人宫颈愈合情况等。结果采用高频电波刀配合聚维酮碘软膏治疗宫颈疾病效果好,手术时间平均为10分,出血量平均7.5ml,术后追踪未见复发,无并发症及感染现象出现,病理检查已明确诊断。结论高频电波刀治疗宫颈疾病疗效好,方法简单,安全,手术时间短,出血少,术后阴道流血少,切下组织不影响病理结果。且可在门诊开展手术,方便病人,减少医疗费用。因此,高频电波刀治疗宫颈疾病是目前一种较好的方法。
Objective scalpel. Methods 46 To analyze the clinical significance of treating patients who were diagnosed cervical illness by cervical illness by high frequency gynecology, cytology and histology examination are resected cervial focus of infection by high frequency scalpel. Postoperation we cover the surface of wound with povidone iodine ointment and observe operative time, hemorrhage and cure circumstances, tissues for pathological examinations. Results Treating cervical illness by high frequency scalpel and povidone iodine ointment have good curative effect, short operative time-10 minutes equally, little hemorrhage-7. Sml equally. Postoperation patients have no recurrence, complications, infection andvagina bleeding. Conclusions Treating cervical illness by high frequency scalpel is a simple method, it is safe, recover quickly after operation, tissues which were resected have no influence on patholohical examinations. We can provide outpatients service for small loci of infection, it is convenient to patients, it can reduce medical expenient to patients, is a better method for treating cervical illenss at present.
