摘要
简要介绍了国内外提溴工艺的现状及发展趋势,对提溴的各种方法的技术经济可行性进行了比较和分析,针对威远气田水的水量和其中溴的含量,提出了采用国内成熟的提溴工艺—“空气吹出、酸法吸收、尾气封闭循环”从威远气田水中直接提溴,对该法的可行性、经济性及环保上的先进性进行了论述。最后对提溴所需的原料来源进行了论证。
This article introduces the current sitllation and the trend of development of bromine recovery processesabroad and at home; Comparison and analysis is made on the tech nologicyl-econ om ical feasbilities. Based on the a mountof Weiyuan formation water and its bromine content, the domestic mature bromine recovery prOCess-'Air Blow, Acid Ahsorption, Tail Gas Closed Circulation 'has been suggested to recover bromine directly from the formation water fromWeiyuan gss field. The technological and economical feasibilities as well as the advanced environmental protocting featureare discussed. The source of the raw materisls needed for bromine recovery is also proved in addition.
