摘要
采用固体催化剂和滴流床反应器 ,研究了 C6 ～C1 8脂肪酸甲酯、乙酯的常压连续酯化方法。研究表明 ,在通常的温度和压力下 ,可使酯化转化率达 98%以上。所得产物具有得率高、纯度高、色泽好 ,无三废产生 。
Esterifications of C 6～C 8 fatty acids with C 1,C 2 fatty alcohols were studied ,which were under normal pressure and in a fixed draining bed reactor loaded with solid catalyst.The results showed that the process could give ≥98% of esters;and had advantages of high product ration ,light colour, less waste dischanged and easy to purify the product.
