摘要
文本长度、T单位长度是影响二语写作质量的两个重要因素。通过对49名非英语专业学生英语写作进行实验研究,得出写作的文本长度、T单位长度与写作成绩呈显著相关,并且高分组和低分组在写作的文本长度、T单位长度两个变量上都存在显著差异。实验结果进一步验证了目前国内盛行的“写长法”教学,为外语写作教学提供了一些启示。
Both of the lengths of Text and T-unit are important factors in second language writing. This is a study of the effect of Text length and T-unit length on writing test scores. The subjects for the survey are 49 non-English majors from two natural classes. Statistical results show that the writing test scores are significantly correlated with Text length and T-unit length. And a significant difference of both Text length and T-unit length is also found between the high score group and low score group. The result validates " Write to Learn" featuring the Length Approach which is a very popular method in China.
