LISS手术治疗膝关节周围复杂性骨折近期效果 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨应用微创内固定系统(LISS)治疗股骨远端和胫骨近端严重粉碎性骨折的近期疗效及与手术相关的问题。方法本组6例,骨折AO分型:A1 1例,A3 2例,C2 2例,C3 1例。开放骨折2例。手术均严格按照LISS操作程序进行,术后定期随访。结果6例均获得随访,X线片复查骨折对位、对线良好,术后6周左右可见骨痂形成,骨折愈合时间平均13.4周,按照HSS评分:优4例,良2例。结论LISS治疗膝关节周围复杂型骨折具有创伤小,骨折愈合快,固定牢固,可早期功能锻炼等优点,近期疗效满意。
