PKCα、PKCε及P-gp在卵巢癌中的表达及其临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的检测PKCα,PKCε,P-gp在卵巢癌组织中的表达及PKCα,PKC与卵巢癌化疗耐药的关系。方法用免疫组化SP法测定64例卵巢癌,18例卵巢上皮性交界性肿瘤,15例卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤,15例正常卵巢组织中PKCα,PKCε,P-gp的表达。结果PKCα,PKCε,P-gp在卵巢癌中的表达明显高于正常、良性、交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达;以上3个指标在卵巢癌中的表达与肿瘤初治时病理类型、病理分级和临床分期无关;复发癌组织中PKCα,PKCε,P-gp的表达均明显高于初治者;卵巢癌中PKCα,PKCε与P-gp之间有密切关系(P<0．01)。结论在卵巢癌中PKCα,PKCε表达与P-gp有一致性,说明两者的表达可能在P-gp介导的卵巢癌耐药性的产生中起着重要作用。
