企业管理中的人力资源管理以充分发挥企业员工的潜能、使员工的工作具有最大的效率和效果为基本目标。企业管理中一个重要的问题就是“问题人”。在沟通中运用“皮格马利翁效应”是解决“问题人”问题的有效途径。它往往使“问题人”实现管理者对他们的良好期待,产生管理者所预期的良好结果。
An important object of human resources management is to get the best out of employees and to make their work efficient and effective. The management of "problematic people" in corporations is an important issue. Applying "Pygmalion Power" in corporation communication is an effective solution to the problem of "problematic people", h can often realize the expectations of managers and bring about a good outcome.
