摘要
为了调查新疆北部五个地区的丛枝菌根真菌的分布情况,采用常规的分离方法,从24种常见植物根围土壤中,共分离出丛枝菌根真菌5属的27种,其中球囊霉属(Glomus)15种,无梗囊霉属(Acaulospora)9种,原囊霉属(Archaeospora)1种,内养囊霉属(Entrophospora)1种,巨孢囊霉属(Gigaspora)1种。各地区丛枝菌根真菌种的丰度、孢子密度、频度、相对多度等也差异较大。Glomus在各采样点出现的频度和相对多度最高,其次是Acaulospora。
Twenty-seven species of AM fungi belonging in five genera, i.e. nine species of the Acaulospora, one of the Archaeospora, one of the Entrophospora, one of the Gigaspora, and fifteen of the Glornus, were isolated from rhizospheres of twenty-four common plants in north Xinjiang. Great difference occurred in species richness, spore density, isolation frequency and genus relative abundance among different regions. Glomus, with highest isolation frequency and relative abundance, is encountered in all regions, and followed by Acauiospora.
