摘要
研究了新显色剂2-[2-(5-硝基-吡啶)-偶氮]-1,8-二羟基萘-3,6二磺酸(5-NO2-PACH)分光光度法测定Pd(Ⅱ)的条件,在pH=4.8的HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中该试剂与Pd(Ⅱ)形成摩尔比为2:1的绿色稳定配合物,其最大吸收波长为430nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.14×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,Pd(Ⅱ)浓度在0~0.5mg/L范围内符合朗伯一比尔定律,对10多种共存离子影响的研究其结果表明,常见离子不干扰测定,方法有较好的选择性,该方法用于模拟试样中微量钯的测定,结果满意。
A new spectrophotometrie method for the determinetion of Pd ( Ⅱ ) was developed according to the studies on the eonditions of eolor reaetion of a new reagent 2-[2-(5-Nitro-pyridylazo)]-1,8-Dihydrox-ynaphthalene-3, 6-dis ulfonie Aeid (5-NO2-PACH)with Pd (Ⅱ ), whieh formed a stable green eomplex whith mole ratio of 2:1 for Pd( K ) to 5-NO2-PACH in the buffer midium of HAc-NaAc pH4.8. The apparent molar absorptivity is 5. 14 × 10^4 L · mol^-1 · cm^-1 at the maximum absorption warelength of 430nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the eoneentration range of Pd( Ⅱ )over 0-0. 5mg/L. The results from the investigation on the influence of more than 10 kinds of the eoexitions indieated that most eommon ions did not interfere in the determination. The method is obviously of good selectivity,whieh was satisfaetory used for the determination of traee palladium in simulated alloy with result.
