氯氰菊酯在玉米及土壤中的残留分析 被引量:9

Residual Analysis of Cypermethrin in Corn and Soil

摘要 采用GC-ECD测定了氯氰菊酯在玉米及其土壤中的残留动态和最终残留量。结果表明,喷施10%(质量分数)氯氰菊酯乳油,土壤中的原始沉积量为0.314 mg.kg-1,半衰期3 d,植株中的原始沉积量4.59 mg.kg-1,半衰期1.74 d。收获期玉米籽粒中的最终残留量低于方法检出限(0.001 mg.kg-1)。 The residual dynamics and final residual level of cypermethrin in corn and soil were determined with GC-ECD. A method for pretreatment and analysis of samples was established. The results showed that when using 10% cypermethrin (105.0 g ·hm^-2 a. i. ) the primitive quantities of sediment in soil and corn plants were 0. 314 mg · kg^-1 and 4.59 mg · kg^-1 respectively, the half-lifes were 3 d and 1.74 d respectively. The final residues in corn was 〈0. 001 mg · kg^-1.
