摘要
我院1981～1995年收治烧伤老人败血症18例，其临床表现隐匿，易延误诊治。本文总结了老人败血症的临床特征，对其发病模式及防治进行了讨论。
18 cases of elderly burn with septicemia were treated in our hospital. The diagnosis and treatment of septicemia were of ten procrastinated because their manifestations were indistinct. The clinicat characteristics were summarized and the occurring pattern and the measures for prevention and treatment were discussed
