多层螺旋CT齿科软件对牙及颌骨损伤的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT齿科扫描软件对牙及颌骨损伤的临床应用及诊断价值。方法:对30例牙及颌骨损伤的患者行多层螺旋CT容积扫描,采用VR、MIP和特殊齿科扫描软件Dentascan对图像进行后处理。结果:Dentascan软件能清楚的重建出牙、牙槽骨及部分颌骨的矢状面和冠状曲面图像,对牙及牙槽骨微小损伤病变也能清楚显示,与轴位、VR及MIP重建图像比较具有统计学意义(χ2=10.67,P<0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT扫描+齿科Dentascan软件后重建技术在牙及颌骨损伤性疾病的诊断中具有较高的应用及诊断价值,结合轴位图像、VR及MIP重建图像能为临床医师提供全方位的影像信息,有助于治疗方案的优选。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical application and value of the multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) for the teeth and jaw injury. Methods: A total of 30 cases with teeth and jaw fracture were examined using MSCT. The reconstructed images were then processed into volume rendering(VR), maximum intensity projection(MIP) and Dentascan software. Results: Dentascan software and the three-dimensional teclmiques could clearly display the cases with tiny injury, as well as coronal and sagittal images of teeth and jaw. It was significantly higher on Dentascan images than on axial images, VR and MIP ones (X^2=10.67, P 〈 0.05) in displaying the tiny injury with socket. Conclusion:MSCT and Dentascan software plays a very important role in the diagnosis of teeth and jaw fracture. A combination of axial images, VR, MIP and Dentascan can provide valuable anatomic information for clinician.
