摘要
目的:了解GC/MS测定食品中苏丹Ⅰ的效果。方法:样品被正己烷提取后,经中性氧化铝柱净化,用正己烷洗去油脂,再用二氯甲烷洗脱柱上吸附的苏丹Ⅰ,经浓缩,以HP-5MS(30m×250/μm;i,d;0.25μm)分离,气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)测定。以碎片离子方式(SIM)定性或定量。结果:苏丹Ⅱ不干扰测定。方法回收率为88.0%~94.0%。相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.13%。结论:该方法与经HPLC测定后的样品进行比对,测定了27件含苏丹Ⅰ的样品(阳性样)和近百件不含苏丹Ⅰ的样品(阴性样),结果准确、灵敏。
Objective: To understand the effect of GC/MS on sudan dye Ⅰ detection. Method: Sudan dye Ⅰ in foods was separated and determined. The samples were extracted with hexane and passed the column with Al2O3. Capillary column of lip - 5MStype (30 m×250 μm; i, d; 0.25 μm) wasused as stationary phase. Result: The abstained RSD'S of this method was 1.13% and recoveries was 88%-94%.The detection limitation achieved to 2.3×10^-10g.Conelusion:It is a sensitive and accurant method.
