摘要
研究了东方百合鳞茎在5℃低温处理下休眠解除过程中的形态和生理变化。结果表明,百合鳞茎内的新芽在冷藏过程中不断伸长,60 d后芽生长点距鳞茎端部的距离小于1 cm。在冷藏处理过程中,鳞茎的淀粉含量下降明显,可溶性总糖和蔗糖含量增加。在进入冷藏后的前10 d内、外层鳞片的淀粉含量均呈极显著下降;品种索蚌至冷藏50 d时的可溶性总糖和蔗糖含量达到最大值,然后出现下降趋势,糖分含量的转折点可能与鳞茎萌发有关。
The effects of 5℃ storage on the morphological and physiological changes were investigated on the dormancy in bulbs of Hilum oriental hybrids. The inner sprouts were elongating continuously during the low temperature storage, and it was indicated that sprouts are less than lem reached to the top of the bulb was as the index of dormancy release in lily bulbs. Starch contents decreased significantly during the low temperature storage, while contents of the total soluble sugars and sucrose increased continuously. It was sharp decrease of starch contents occurred within the initial 10 d cold treatment, both in interior and exterior scales. The contents of total soluble sugaxs and starch start to decline at the peaks appeared at 50 d in cold storage for cultivar ‘ Sorbonne'. It was suggested that the tuning point of sugar contents in scales should be regarded as the beginning of sprout in lily bulbs.
