摘要
当前，教育经费普遍紧缺，高职院校应结合自身的实际和区域经济的发展，积极寻求并建立新的稳定的投融资渠道和方式，如产学研结合，采取自办企业或以技术入股合办企业的形式为学校创收；走教育集团化之路并发行股票，为高职院校融资。同时，政府应加强对高职教育的投融资力度，通过发行教育债券等方式给予一定的奖金支持。
Currently, it is popular that there is a shortage of educatioal fund. According to their own reality and regional economical development, Higher vocational schools should actively seek and construct new and steady approaches and modes of raising fund, such as： pay attention to the combination of production, teaching and research; establish enterprises by themselves or by cooperation with others by taking technology as shareholders; carry out educational collectivization and issue stocks. Meantime, the government should attach importance on raising money for higher vocational education, provide financial support to higher vocational education through issuing educational bonds.
