摘要
对火电机组锅炉调峰运行的特点进行了分析,认为调峰运行时下部燃烧器区域供风量不足,炉膛温度降低及温度的周期性变化,AGC调峰方式等对水冷壁高温腐蚀有较大的影响,并提出了相应的优化调整措施。
The special features of cyclic operation of fossil fired power set boilers are analyzed with the opinion that, during such modes of operation, the insufficiency of air supply in the lower combustor zone, dropping of furnace temperature and its periodical variation, as well as the AGC mode of cycling, all have noticeable effects on corrosion of water walls. Corresponding optimization and adjustment measures are suggested.
