摘要
通过对集汽集箱和相邻的连接管道的实际运行状态和结构特性分析,对集汽集箱管座和支座开裂原因进行了探讨,并提出了集汽集箱支座和相邻的连接管道的改造设计方案。实施结果表明:集汽集箱管座和支座开裂情况已排除,改造成功。
In view of crackings occurring to tube seats and supports of steam headers, by way of analyzing actual operating conditions and structural features of the headers and adjacent connection tubes, the cause of cracking was studied and finally found. A reconstruction scheme for the steam headers' supports and adjacent connection pipes was thereupon forwarded. Results of practical application prove the reconstruction scheme to be successful.
