摘要
新疆吉林台一级水电站位于北疆高寒地区,混凝土面板堆石坝最大坝高157m,坝顶长度419m,面板面积7.53万m2,面板厚80 ̄30cm,采用无轨滑模,分三期进行浇筑。面板钢筋混凝土浇筑、接缝止水和裂缝处理的施工工艺合理,面板施工质量优良,可供有关工程参考。
The dam site of the Jilintai-Ⅰ hydropower station is in the high-cold zone in the north part of Xinjiang. The maximum height of the dam is 157m;the length of the top of dam is 419m; the area of the slab is 753000sq. meters; the slab concrete whose thickness is 80cm~30cm is C30W12F300 and the polypropylene fibre is added to the concrete, which is poured by trackless slip form and in three-stage way. The impervious material is the new type of GB series. Technique of reinforced concrete of concrete slab,water-seal of joint and treatment of fissure is reasonable and the construction of slab is excellent. Other projects can take it as reference.
