凋亡调节基因Bcl-2,Bax在汉族和维族妇女子宫内膜异位症表达的对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测凋亡调节基因蛋白Bcl-2,Bax在汉族和维吾尔族(维族)妇女子宫内膜异位症(EMs)中的表达,以探讨凋亡调节基因在子宫内膜异位症发病中的作用。方法2004年11月~2006年1月,新疆医科大学第一附属医院应用免疫组化法,检测凋亡调节基因蛋白Bcl-2、Bax在无EMs妇女的正常子宫内膜与卵巢EMs患者异位、在位内膜中的表达。结果Bcl-2、Bax主要定位于子宫内膜的腺上皮:①维、汉族对照组子宫内膜增生期Bcl-2的表达高于分泌期(P<0.05),Bcl-2在EMs患者异位、在位内膜中的表达较无EMs者增强,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);②Bax在维、汉族对照组子宫内膜增生期和分泌期都强表达,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。在EMs患者,在位及异位内膜中表达比对照组子宫内膜低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论卵巢EMs中凋亡调节基因的表达与无EMs者不同,促凋亡基因的表达减弱,抑制凋亡基因的表达增强,有利于异位内膜的种植生存和发展、凋亡基因蛋白Bcl-2与Bax在维族和汉族卵巢EMs的表达差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 Objective To evaluate and compare expression of apoptosis regulators, Bcl- 2 and Bax, in nan and Uigur women with endometriosis. Methods Bcl- 2 and Bax expression was measured Bax were predominantly expressed in the glandular epithelial cells. In women with endometriosis, Bcl - 2 expression in eutopic and eetopie endometrium was significantly higher than the healthy controls, and Bax expression in eutopie and eetopie endometrium was significantly less than the healthy controls (both P 〈 0.05). An increased expression of Bel- 2 was found in proliferative eutopic endornetrium of healthy controls than secretory endometrium. Bax expression was strongly expressed both in proliferative and secretory endometrium in healthy controls. No statistically significant difference were found in the expression of Bcl- 2, Bax between Han and Uigur women. Conclusions The increased expression of Bcl - 2 and the decreased of Bax in women with endometriosis may predispose these cells to resist apoptosis. The continued survival of these active cells could have important consequences for the survival and proliferation of the ectopic endometrial tissue.
