摘要
为掌握小型装载机翻车保护结构的设计方法和力学特性,介绍了一种新型小型装载机翻车保护结构,并对其翻车保护性能进行了弹塑性大变形有限元仿真,完成了样机实验室试验。通过讨论侧向、垂直和纵向加载时的载荷-挠度关系特性,分析了其变形规律。对比试验表明:小型装载机翻车保护结构可用Q235A钢制造,使用8.8级螺栓进行连接;小型装载机驾驶室空间较小,设计时应保证其翻车保护结构具有足够的侧向刚度,以避免侧向能量的吸收能达到要求前翻车保护结构的构件侵入挠曲极限量。
In order to master the design methods and mechanical property of the mini-wheel loader ROPS, a new mini-type wheel loader ROPS was introduced. The elastic-plastic nonlinear performance simulations of this ROPS were conducted, and the lab tests of the ROPS prototype were carried out. The load-deflection characteristics of the ROPS with lateral, vertical and longitudinal loads were discussed, and the deformation principle was analyzed. The test results show that the material of the mini-wheel loader ROPS can select Q235A steel; the frame can be connected by 8.8 class bolt; the cab space of the mini-wheel loader is narrow, so the lateral stiffness of the ROPS needs to be higher enough to avoid the ROPS invading DLV.
