摘要
近年来我国进口了数十套燃燃气轮机发电机组,它们利用发电机及相应的变频启动装置启动。而变频启动装置由于采用可控硅(SCR)整流再逆变原理,其输出电压电流波形差,致使输出效率低、力矩小;另外,谐波分量大,不能满足国家相关标准要求。为此,利用绝缘栅双极型功率晶体管(IGBT)器件替代可控硅元件设计了一种新技术装置。结果表明,后者输出的谐波非常理想,性能指标远远超过前者,可全面满足国家相关标准。
In recent years, several dozen Gas Turbine (GT)generator sets have been imported into China. The generator of the GT generator set is applied as the starter which is controlled by the Static Frequency Converter(SFC). Unfortunately, the SFC provides output voltage and current wave forms of a poor quality and consequently low torque and efficiency due to using Silicon Control Rectifier (SCR) for the converter design, which cannot meet the requirements of the relevant state standard. To solve this problem a new converter is designed using IGBT instead of SCR. Test results show that with the new converter using IGBT perfect output waves can be obtained. Its performance is better than that of the converter with SFC and can fully meet the relevant state standard.
