Recent progress of genetic engineering on 1,3-propanediol biosynthesis

摘要 基因工程研究在生物法生产化工产品的过程中扮演着越来越重要的角色,对生物法生产1,3-丙二醇研究中利用基因工程手段对于菌体以及代谢途径进行改造的研究进行了考察,综述了其最新应用情况及其进展,并展望了未来的发展趋势。 Genetic engineering plays more and more important role in the current biochemical production process. The genetic thehniques related to the 1,3-propanediol biosynthesis system was surveyed, the propect of the recent developments in the field was addressed.
