摘要
对钴基Stellite合金D802焊条、镍基NDG-2粉末、D547Mo焊条和D507Mo焊条制备的阀门密封面堆焊层,进行了从室温至600℃的粘着磨损试验研究.结果表明:组对材料、组对方式和粘着磨损试验温度都会影响堆焊层的耐磨性.结合堆焊层的高温硬度试验、高温金相和电子金相分析,探讨了高温粘着磨损的机理.
The adhesive wear of the seal surface of the valve overlaid by cobaltbase electrode D802, nickle-base powder NDG-2, electrode D547Mo and D507Mo is tested from room temperature to 600℃. The testing results indicate that the mating materials, the mating type and the testing temperature of adhesive wear can affect the wear resistance of weld overlay. The mechanism of adhesive wear at high temperature is discussed by means of hardness tests at high temperature, metallographic analyses and SEM.
