摘要
目的建立一种适宜基层地区的快速分析多种喹诺酮类药物的HPLC法。方法色谱柱AlltechAlltimaC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);柱温为室温;流动相:柠檬酸(0.2mol/L)∶(甲醇∶乙腈=3∶1)(84∶16);流速1.0ml/min;检测波长275nm;进样量10μl。结果帕珠沙星、洛美沙星、左氧氟沙星的线性范围分别为0.08~0.40mg/ml、0.04~0.20mg/ml和0.04~0.20mg/ml;平均回收率分别为99.3%、98.6%、101.1%;最低检测限分别为33.0、8.2和9.6ng。结论本方法快速简便,准确度可靠,可作为快速检验帕珠沙星、洛美沙星、左氧氟沙星制剂含量的方法。
Objective To establish a method for fast simultaneous determination of pazufloxacin, lomefloxacin and levofloxacin by HPLC for the basic unit laboratories. Method The analytical column was Alltech Alhima C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm); column temperature: room temperature; the mobile phase was a mixture of 0. 2mol/L citric acid: (methanol: acetonitrile = 3: 1) = 84: 16; the flow rate was 1.0ml/min, the detection wavelength was 275nm and the injection volume was 10p.1. Results The calibration curve for pazufloxacin, lomefloxacin and levofloxacin were linear in the range 0. 08 - 0. 40mg/ml, 0. 04 - 0. 20mg/ml and 0. 04 - 0. 20mg/ml, respectively. And the average recovery rate were 99.3% ,98.6% and 101.1%; the detection limit were 33ng,8.2ng and 9.6ng, respectively. Conclusion The method was convenient, specific and accurate for the fast simultaneous determination of those drugs in the basic unit laboratories.
